Health

A medication tracker that keeps your labs and vitals too

Doses, refills, appointments, blood pressure and lab results in one private record — recorded accurately and never interpreted for you.

The information you need at a medical appointment is almost always scattered: the medication names are on the bottles, the dosages are in a text message to yourself, the last blood pressure reading is on a scrap of paper, and the labs are in a portal you cannot remember the password to.

Health puts all of it in one place, on your phone, and works offline so it is available in the waiting room whether or not the building has signal.

It is careful about a distinction most health apps blur. Taking a medication is an event, so it makes sense to ask whether you took it. Your weight is a measurement, so asking whether you "did" it is meaningless. Events get adherence; measurements get trends; the app never confuses the two.

Medications you take as needed are treated correctly as a result — there is no schedule, so there is no adherence, and skipping a day is not a failure to be reported.

Lab results keep the reference range printed on the report they came from, rather than a range the app decided on. Different labs use different ranges and they change over time, so a stored result that keeps its own range stays accurate years later.

What Health will not do is tell you what any of it means. No flags, no colours, no warnings — those belong to your doctor. This is a record, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device.
