House upkeep you stay ahead of

House upkeep that knows the difference between every 90 days and every autumn.

Free for 30 days, then $12 a year. One Klowd account covers every app.

Home's home screen: what the house needs now, and what's coming with the season.

A house has two completely different kinds of recurring job, and almost no app distinguishes between them.

Some jobs count from the last time you did them: change the filter every ninety days, and if you did it late, the next one is ninety days from then. Others belong to a time of year: gutters get cleared in autumn, and doing it three weeks late does not move next year into November.

Home treats these as separate things, so a job you did late never drags the whole schedule out of step with the seasons. It also keeps the details you can never recall standing in the aisle — filter sizes, model numbers, what fits what.

What it does

Two kinds of time

Interval jobs count from when you last did them. Seasonal jobs recur in fixed months and do not drift when you run late — autumn is still autumn next year.

Appliances are first-class

The water heater, the furnace, the dishwasher: each keeps its own model number, serial, filter size, purchase date and warranty. The warranty lives on the appliance, where you will look for it.

More than one property

Track a second home, a rental or a parent's house separately, each with its own jobs, appliances and costs.

What the house costs

Utilities and upkeep in one running total, so the cost of keeping the house running is something you can see rather than estimate.

Nobody here can read it

Home questions

What happens if I do a seasonal job late?
Nothing moves. Seasonal jobs recur in fixed months, so clearing the gutters in November still leaves next year's in October. Only interval jobs count forward from when you actually did them, which is the correct behaviour for both.
Where do warranties live?
On the appliance, not in a separate renewals list. When the dishwasher breaks, the warranty is the first thing you want and the dishwasher is where you will look.
Can you see my address or my appliances?
No. Everything about your property is encrypted on your device before it syncs, with a key derived from your password.
